China plans to keep the crew of its Tiangong space station in space for about a month longer than originally planned.
As reported by the Xinhua news agency, the taikonauts are to test further technology for extended stays in orbit. The "Shenzhou 21" mission was launched at the end of October and was originally planned to last approximately six months. The return of a previous Chinese crew was already delayed last November.
